COVID-19 IMPACTS & DELAYS

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, Magnus is currently experiencing delays to our shipping routes this is due to the downturn in international and domestic air travel which is how in some instances excess postage is freighted, as such at this time we are not offering Express Postage, if you have purchased Express Postage you will be credited the difference between the standard and express option. 

Additionally orders may and can be delayed by a minimum of 20 Business Days depending on the country in question that the products are being shipped to, some countries are not accepting international packages, please check your local postal authorities for advice on domestic postage services in your area.

REFUND POLICY

All sales on www.magnusapparel.com are final, all products are made to order and as such can not be refunded for change of mind after the first 48 hours have passed, please make sure you select all products carefully including sizing, spelling of name or gamertags and any other applicable details. 

If there is an issue with your order upon reception a refund may be offered if there is a defect or fault with the product including but not limited to: physical fault with the product including rips, holes, tears or other physical defects with the garment this does not include incorrect sizing. 

All product faults must be lodged within the first 48 hours of reception and must be returned to Magnus Apparel including all original packaging, tags etc, after this period has passed if there is a legitimate physical product complaint that has been investigated by Magnus Apparel we will work with the buyer to a resolution. 

SHIPPING

Please ensure when purchasing products that the correct address is entered including correct suburb, postcode, country etc, Magnus Apparel does not accept responsibility for lost packages where incorrect details were provided.
